Everyone thinks of himself or herself in a certain way and of course we use to look at ourselves in a certain way that is not quite the way our friends or enemies believe to see us.
I always thought I am a nice guy and when photographers took my picture I wanted them to make me look the way I think I am, debonair, nice, smiling in a Cary Grant or Maurice Chevalier way and that´s how most photographers pictured me, I thought - at least till Lydie Denier walked in Santa Monica Court to tell them that I am the most evil person on planet Earth. I really thought about this for a long time and asked Christopher to take some pictures showing me in a way Lydie described me to Santa Monica Court Reps, first have a look at the Cary Grant - Maurice Chevalier smile photo above and then...

What I expect Lydie Denier to do now

So we still have some problems. So to stop this I expect Lydie Denier to do:

1. Return my tapes of may 2007 shooting of A Bouquet for a Kill, so I finally
can edit our project, I will edit a "producer´s cut"
I still offer Lydie to transfer my material from February / April 2007 shooting
to a HDD (she has to pay the HDD) so she can edit a "director´s cut"
We then can distribute both versions in a box.

2. I expect Lydie Denier to write on her websites and inform the press
about what really happend, that is the truth about our fight.

I expect her to write on her site:

- that I am NOT a stalker
- that I did not threatend to kill her
- that she wrongly accused me at Santa Monica Court to have stalked her

- that we did shoot in 2007 the thriller A Bouquet for a Kill together
- that she tried to push me out of my own project
- that she left our set without completing the project

As long as she does not do this I will inform press, movie business magazines and
organisations and will publish press releases during filmfestivals that Lydie
Denier did wrongly accuse me to have stalked her and how she did behave on
our set. (Other producers and talent who had the pleasure to work with Lydie
wrote me or posted in the web that they had also some very strange adventures
while shooting with Ms Denier). As far as I am concerned I rarely had the experience that a director wrote me emails and sms to inform me that she is "going to f... kill me" or to tell the editor "to burn" our project. I think other producers and directors should know how Ms Denier behaves on the set.

Mother´s Day

And now to something completely different:
No news so far concerning A Bouquet for a Kill,
but a good opportunity to promote the new Horror-
Thriller "Mother´s Day" starring Rebecca De Mornay
and directed by Darren Lynn Bousman who directed also
3 movies of the SAW franchise.
Charles Kaufman who directed the original Troma movie
was in as a producer together with his brother Lloyd
Kaufman.
The movie is available on DVD in June, 9th and got
very good reviews. In German Deadline Magazin you´ll
find a great article and also in the same issue a big
interview with Rolf Eden who did star with Lloyd Kaufman
and Kim Baldwin in our Gator Group´s The Moonlight Orchids
in 2010. Rolf Eden was also playing Dr. Stone in the movie
version "A Bouquet for a Kill", thanks to Ms Denier, still
unedited!
Rolf´s new movie docu The Big Eden did open during Berlin
FilmFestival and I learned some facts I did not know yet:
Rolf Eden was in the Israel army with later Premier Rabin
and later became a roomate of movie producer Menachem Golan
who hired Rolf Eden as a co-pilot in his Entebbe movie.

What´s wrong with Denier and Animals???!

In her book, I think it´s entiteld Me Jane, you Cheetah
Lydie tells us that she is attacked several times by animals while shooting scenes for the tv series "Tarzan". Lydie writes a Giraffe kicked her(!), an ape did bite her (!!) and even a baby elephant (!!!) managed to hurt her (!!!!).
I remember another incident while shooting with Lydie A Bouquet for a Kill
Lydie told us when she left Roswitha´s apartment in Berlin, a bird -
- YEA - A BIRD !!!!! did attack her !!!!!!!!!
Flying down from the sky, singling out Lydie of all people here down on earth and
A T T A C K E D Lydie !!!!!!
I really wonder why animals are so wild about attacking Lydie, maybe they know or feel or see something we normal human beings simply do not realize when we first meet her, charming and beautiful as she is.
Ì´ve heard animals also feel a Tsunami and other catastrophes hours before they actually happen. I think that´s really kind of weird...but who cares?

I just read an interview with Lydie. She talked about her book
Me Jane...not you
She told in the interview things she already told me some years ago,
how she came to Hollywood and her dreams of going Hollywood when she
was a child and the movies she loved with Johnny Weismueller and Hedy
Lamarr and Ava Gardner and Elizabeth Taylor.
In my eyes Lydie always as an actress was as great and beautiful, like
all those great Hollywood actresses of the 30s, 40s and 50s.
I was thrilled to work with Lydie and I really feel very sad, that as
a person she acted so weird and destroyed our partnership.
Since years she tried to sell her Oceane story which is really a nice
script. I am absolutely convinced if Lydie had not ruined Bouquet we
already could have shot 2 or 3 new projects including Oceane.
I am not happy to fight Lydie whom I love and adore as an actress but
actually I have no choice as long as she does not return my tapes and
as long as she tells around all those fairy tales about being stalked.

Lydie Denier went to Santa Monica Court and accused me to have stalked her and to have threatend to kill her. She told Santa Monica Court that she did NEVER work with me and that I am not a producer she worked with but a crazy fan who is madly in love with her.
So everyone who read the crazy stories Lydie told about me can watch what really happened, I edited a docu, Stalking Lydie. This docu shows Lydie did not tell the truth. I still wonder why she did this as she KNEW I have all those tapes showing Lydie and me working together.

A Bouquet for a Kill
I haven´t watched A Bouquet for a Kill
for a while, actually since 2007 when I edited it the first time. Some days ago I started to re-edit the short version. I changed some of the musical score but only made minor changes as far as SFX and editing is concerned.
With 3 yeas gone by I am able now to watch A Bouquet for a Kill in a different way and actually I still really like it.
It´s really sad, Lydie run away without finishing the long version. As director-producer Lydie and I were able to set up something special. In the short time we worked together we did achieve so much and then she destroyed everything by running away and trying to push me out of my own movie. I do not understand what she wanted and why she did all this stupid things including accusing me to have stalked her.
And I think she doesn´t know herself.

What she did was so unprofessional. And it really hurts, because she IS a good actress and she COULD have been a good director.
All what´s left now for me is to try to get my tapes back so I can somehow edit the long version and publish PR releases concerning her "Stalker" stories.

The other road we could have taken is: Finishing A Bouquet for a Kill and make new projects. It was Lydie´s decision, not mine.

A Bouquet for a Kill (2007)

Sarah (Lydie Denier) has an affair with a married man but really does not care that she is destroying his marriage. Her lover is wellknown and very respected doctor Tanner. When his wife learns that her husband has an affair she fears he will leave her. The jealous Mrs Tanner stalks Sarah and takes her prisoner in her own apartment. She ties Sarah up, gags her and threatens to torture and kill her.
While Mrs Tanner prepares killing Sarah, Maryanne, a friend of Sarah´s, arrives and is stabbed by Mrs Tanner with a knife. While Mrs Tanner is busy taking care of Maryanne´s body and preparing to kill Sarah, Sarah desperately tries to get rid of her bonds and to escape. But Mrs Tanner awakes and is after Sarah with a long, long and sharp knife...

The story is based on Unhappy End! Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen written by Jean Bork and Michael Huck. MIchael Huck and Lydie Denier re-wrote the scripts with some new twists and a new very different ending, Lydie Denier came up with.
Jean Bork who did also star in the original German version gueststars.

Why We Fight

I have no idea why Lydie fights me and I doubt that she knows herself. I fight her only because of the tapes. That´s all I want. Lydie and I did agree to shoot a movie together, we shot it, I want to edit it and I want to release and distribute it, just the way Lydie and I had agreed on.

There are discussions about supporting Lydie even if she IS evil if you are her fan. I can understand that. Fans are loyal to their idols and there is more evil "talent" out there that you can think of, so why not. I also have no problems to admit that Lydie is a terrific actress. I did not know Perfect Alibi and bought it after our fight already was on. Inspite I watched it and admit she is wonderful (and in the movie she very much behaves the way she did on our set). The other question is if you support your idol if she runs amok and starts telling lies to achieve what she wants and if she asks you to join her in running amok.

Several persons on our set had to make such a decisions when Lydie started her take-over attempt. Katja, Jeannie and Vonny did not support her.
Jörg stayed as a DP at my request but step by step was replaced by Roswitha´s husband. The editor Philipp had to make a difficult decision as he was a friend of Roswitha`s but when he realized what was going on he did refuse to give Lydie the edited material. In fact this stopped her, she could not go to Cannes to show the trailer. Other members of crew and cast seriously thought of supporting Lydie as there might have been the chance that she takes her to a big US production company, something few people in the business are offered; some others suported me.

Roswitha whom I knew since many years and whom I considered a friend supported Lydie in every way, taking a lawyer and even claiming this was A LYDIE DENIER PRODUCTION and that I had nothing to do with it and that I was not even on the set.

And Michael Worth, Lydie´s former Acapulco H.E.A.T. co-star also had to make a decision. He is Lydie´s friend for a long time. He is himself a producer and after shooting I and he emailed us many times. He never really said so, but I thought he does not approve what Lydie did, and I think somehow this did affect their relationship.

However he had to make another decision. When Lydie went to Santa Monica Court I was in Germany and had no time to fly to LA, so I asked Michael Worth who lives in California, to go to Santa Monica Court to the Hearing and tell the judge Lydie does not tell the truth. He refused. He knew Lydie did lie, he knew I am NOT a stalker. We were together on the set and he knew I did produce A Bouquet for a Kill and he could have stopped Lydie but he didn´t. He probably did not approve what Lydie did but as her friend he did not want to do something against her.

Looking back I think this was wrong. Before Lydie went to Santa Monica Court and went public uploading on her website this TMZ article saying she is stalked by a crazy fan, this was a fight between Lydie and me behind the scenes. It was not public and almost noone knew that Lydie tried to take over Bouquet.

After Lydie told SMC and the press that I am a stalker, I had no other choice to fight back. As everything that is uploaded in the www is there everytime anywhere I had to inform everyone everywhere Lydie did not tell the truth. And I do this very well. I wrote to newspapers, websites, and did upload almost every day statements and articles to make sure everyone realizes that what Lydie tells about me is not true. I am lucky to have photos, witnesses and videotapes showing me and Lydie together on the set of A Bouquet for a Kill. If an woman accuses someone to have stalked her it is her word against the other. In my case I had enough evidence Lydie is not telling the truth I only had to upload it. Result: Lydie wanted to ruin my reputation but she is about to ruin her own reputation.
If Michael Worth had gone to SMC he would have done Lydie even a favor, because what happened now is really evil. This was a little low budget movie and Lydie now risks a lot, not only her reputation. I have already mailed Santa Monica Court and LASD evidence and the dvds with A Bouquet for a Kill / Outtakes and all I have to do now is to fly to LA, and sue Lydie. If I do so, SMC will have officially evidence that Denier did show SMC F A L S I F I E D evidence and that she did lie to SMC. If she does not notify SMC what really happened BEFORE I fly to LA and sue her she will be in real trouble. It´s illegal what she did and even more, it´s so stupid. And I wished she had some real friends who had stopped her and just told her to give me my tapes.

There are two ways you can fight. You can fight in an honest way telling always the truth. And I can tell you THIS will be a long, long fight. Or you can tell lies and fight unfair. This can lead to a shortime success but in the end, it´s not working.
Lydie decided to fight unfair. I do not know what she made think that this is going to work. Maybe she is evil, maybe she acts just silly, I do not know. Maybe she had earlier success fighting this way.
The other way is to fight fair and just tell the truth.

Anyway there is not much left what she can do now. She can try to cover her old fairy tales with new fairy tells ang get herself more and more and more in trouble or she ends this stupid fight and returns my tapes. I absolutely detest what she did but I will keep my word. If she returns my tapes so I can edit a producer´s cut she will get digital copy of every tape I have from Bouquet and she can edit her director´s cut just the way she wants to do it and we will sell both versions. I do not see the point why we should fight over this. We fight for three years now. I am not happy. I need my time and money for new projects and I think Lydie should also feel better if this fight ends so we all can concentrate on new projects. It´s up to Lydie. It´s her decision, not mine. I fight for my movie no matter how long it take.

The Missing Links

Lydie as a director: yes, she CAN direct. She has Hollywood experience and she knows how to direct cast and crew. I like the way the scenes look she directed and she knows how to do it. The problem with Lydie and shooting with her A Bouquet for a Kill was she used more energy in fighting me as a producer than in shooting the movie. As a director she acted U N P R O F E S S I O N A L running away from the set, breaking her contract with me, leaving cast and crew with an unfinished movie and not returning some of the tapes to me so we cannot edit the long version.
Of what I have I edited the 30 minute version now, but there are many, many scenes, some of the best, Lydie did not return to me cheating me, cheating the cast and crew and cheating also her fans who did not see her in a new movie or big part for quiete some years.

Among the scenes we shot but I could not use so far are:
the scenes we shot with Lydie, Michael Worth (her former Acapulco H.E.A.T. co-star, and two German actresses) in the CASA Italiana, a nice Italian restaurant in Berlin where we also shot some scenes for The Moonlight Orchids recently. I did get us this loaction and the owners can confirm that I was on location during shooting. (German actress Roswitha Schreiner´s lawyer claims I had not been present during shooting long version). DP Jörg Peter and other members of cast and crew can confirm, I have been present!)
Later that evening we shot some scenes with Michael Worth and other actors / actresses using Rolf Eden´s Rolls Royce.
Great scenes I could not use editing so far.
The other day Lydie, Roswitha, Rolf Eden, Michael Worth, other actresses including Katja Bienert shot some scenes at a doctor´s place, a friend of Roswitha´s. Early in the morning Roswitha spoke on my answering machine, I should come and bring the props to the location, but unfortunately I am not allowed to enter as she told me there are only few people allowed there due to health care reasons. I refused to drive to the location if they would not let me in and DP Jörg Peter came to my place to pick the props up. They shot the hospital scenes there, without me.

Next day they shot at Rolf Eden´s place, Lydie, Roswitha and Michael Worth. Katja was there shortly and Jörg later called me Lydie and Roswitha had invited reporters to the place while I was not present and told them they are shooting here an US movie for an US "women´s channel".

I met Lydie, Michael Worth and cast and crew later that day. We shot in the evening the scenes in the P.I.´office. Lydie had called me several times to make sure I will bring the revolver to the location. I had earlier met with Lydie in a restaurant to show her some real looking revolver which could shoot blankets and a plastic pistol. Lydie wanted the revolver. Later she claimed I had threatened to kill her with the revolver in the restaurant. Again, I have been present during shooting. Remember: Roswitha´s lawyer claims I had not been present. I got us this location too.

Then we shot some very intense and creepy scenes on location in Hans-Jürgen`s apartment where we already had shot the German episode "Die Hexe" with Katja and Mona Glass playing the roles now played by Lydie and Roswitha. Lydie added a beautiful scene with herself in bed and lots of candles. I was only present early in the morning bringing some props to the set and went before Lydie arrived on the set.

All the scenes I mentioned here are on tapes which "vanished" after shooting. Lydie as a director is responsible for those tapes and I want these tapes returned to me so I can start editing. That´s what this fight is about.

I also have some scenes shot by Andreas with Roswitha on Bali but so far I did not use them as without the other missing scenes they are out of context and make no sense beautiful as they are.

There are some strange discussions in the internet by some of Lydie´s fans, some of them wondering if Lydie is in danger. Some offering her help and some offering her good advise especially not to ruin her reputiation and this bad karma things...

The only danger for Lydie is Lydie herself. As far as I am concerned I only want my tapes back to edit my movie. I owe this to myself, to Vonny and Jörg who also have money in the picture, to the whole cast and crew who did work in and for A Bouquet for a Kill and even to Roswitha who loved to play the part but then decided to follwo Lydie in her running amok attitude and who both are about to destroy our work from months.
Movies are made to be watched and Roswitha and Lydie both claimed in interviews how much they loved to work in this project. Then Lydie ruined almost everything with her silly take-over attempt. WE COULD HAVE DONE A HOLLYWOOD VERSION !!! It was not me who ruined this. It was Lydie. But nothing is lost as long as she has not destroyed the tapes. All she has to do is to return the tapes. I will not break my contract. I´ll fight her as long as I live if she does not return the tapes. But I also love and adore her as an actress. We shot a good movie and I want to edit it and release it the way Lydie and I have promised this to each other.

Lydie claims I would stalk her and that I want to kill her. That´s nonsense. I never threated to kill her. And I did not want our fight go public. It was Lydie´s decision to go public. It was Lydie´s decision to lie to Santa Monica court and to the press. I only had to fight back, I have no other choice. I will always fight fair, Lyide does not. To claim your producer is an insane stalker who wants to kill you is not what I consider a fair fight.
As far as I am concerned I never wanted to fight Lydie. I always wanted to fight with Lydie for a good movie. The only danger for Lydie IS Lydie. In telling all those lies she did ruin her reputation, not mine.
There is one fan of hers who wrote her he will love her EVEN if it´s true that she is a bad person. I know Lydie since many years I understand why he writes this. Lydie Denier IS magic. She has an uncanny power over other people. I´ve seen her manipulating an actress I know since many years and whom I considered my friend but after some weeks with Lydie she would do everything for Lydie including backstabbing me and making her lawyer writing things about me that were not true.

But I totally agree with what one of her fans writes. These things backfire. I am not Lydie´s enemy and I do not plan to do her harm. And Lydie does know that very well.
I asked her again and again just to tell the truth and return my tapes and stay with the contract she has with me.
That´s all.

A Letter to the Governor

The Paintings - AGAIN !

Lydie´s Paintings - again - again - and again !

In 2007 while shooting A BOUQUET FOR A KILL Lydie left some of her paintings with me. (see on her facebook site, she is also an artist). After our fight over Bouquet I asked her in spring 2007 to pick up or let pick up her paintings. After she did not answer my mails for months I asked my lawyer to take care of the paintings- problem and we started to charge her for storage. Much later a certain Herr K. contacted my lawyer claiming he had bought the paintings from Lydie and taking a lawyer who wrote us he will sue us if we do not give the paintings to his client.
I asked them to show me a contract and required Lydie has to inform me officially she really wants me to give the paintings to Herrn K. Lydie never contacted me neither wrote a letter nor called. Instead the lawyer of Herrn K. mailed us a "document" written in German and signed with L. Denier. The signature looked not the same like on the contract I have with Lydie and Lydie does not speak German as far as I know. We refused to give the paintings to Herrn K. and then the lawyer informed us, Herr K. now has re-sold the paintings to Lydie and the lawyer NOW represents Lydie and wants us to give him the paintings.
We asked him again and again to show us a written confirmation from Lydie in a language Lydie understands with her signature that looks like the one on my contract with Lydie.
Please remember: Lydie gave the paintings to me. It´s her paintings ! And I have to run after her to ask her to take the paintings back! Since 2007 she NEVER called or wrote to me about the paintings.

Instead the mysertious lawyer who claims he represents Ms Denier now mailed us a new letter: A German (!!!) language confirmation which says Lydie has asked him to represent her, signed with L. Denier. The signature STILL looks different from the ones I have from Lydie. The date says 1. August, no YEAR ! And written in a language Lydie does NOT speak ! or understand !!!

Besides this , the letter of the lawyer now says again this case is about Herrn K. vs
Huck ? What now ? Did Lydie re-sell the re-sold paintings to Herrn K. ?????
What kind of game is this?

I do not know what to think of all this. Besides this Lydie forces me to spent money in the US to defend myself against her lies, she told Santa Monica Court I am a stalker who stalks her since 2003 and that I threatened to kill her. I cannot wait to see her to explain to Santa Monica Court why she did give her paintings in 2007 to someone she claims does stalk her since 2003 !

The Book about A Bouquet for a Kill

o.k. let´s see what we have: a producer from Germany is shooting with Lydie Denier, Hollywood actress who did star and guest star in Acapulco H.E.A.T. , Tarzan, Melrose Place, Two Men and a Half and a wellknown German actress. While shooting Denier wants to push out Producer Michael Huck to take over the picure to Hollywood Mega Producer Avi Lerner. When Lydie´s take-over attempt fails she takes some tapes with original footage with her and Huck sends German police after her. Now Denier runs completely amok, goes to Santa Monica Court and says Huck is not a producer but a crazy fan, madly in love with her and has threatened to kill her!!!

I think this would make a lovely book and maybe one day a big Hollywood producer like Avi Lerner will buy this book to make a movie, a crazy comedy about crazy people. Nice idea, isn´t it? That´s what I think too, so the next couple of months I will write a book about what happened , right from the start.

This book will also give you some ideas how low budget filmmaking works, so I think it is really interesting, the book will also show show how difficult it sometimes will be to deal with actresses who are running amok and it will show how to finance and produce low budget thrillers.

What this book makes totally different from other books on filmmaking is of course the stalker chapter. It does not happen too often that a director / actress accuses her producer to be a stalker with all the legal problems attached, so this is also a very interesting issue and filmmakers can see how fast you can get involved in legal trouble.

I will publish some of the book´s chapters here on this blog.

Rolf Eden is a good friend of my partner Katja Bienert and he allowed us to use one of his Rolls Royce automobiles and his home to shoot some scenes. I was not present that day at Rolf´s home but later that day met Lydie, Michael Worth and other cast and crew members at the Hedler Studios in Tempelhof where we shot the PI office scenes with Michael Worth. Jörg called me that day to tell me to have a look at a Newspaper. Lydie and Roswitha had given an interview to reporters while I was not present and told them A Bouquet for a Kill is an US production. They did not mention my name and later I read in another interview thay had given they told A Bouquet for a Kill is shot for an US "women´s channel".

You can see photos of some of Denier´s paintings on her facebook site. I like especially the one with the frog, it´s really cute. Some of those paintings she had left with me when we shot A Bouquet for a Kill.
How do you explain this, Lydie?
As I already mentioned, I do not want the paintings. They belong to Lydie. She did create the paintings and I always wanted the paintings to be returned to her.

It was Lydie´s decision to NOT pick them up or let them pick up for almost three years now. We had to rise the amount for storing the paintings now, maybe she will let pick them up now. The longer she waits the more it will cost. I had to ask a lawyer to take care of this problem and Lydie created the problem. And maybe she stops now to try to come up with new fairy tales.

What did she achieve? She did not finish our movie. So far I lost much money because of Lydie´s behavior. She did dissapoint crew and actors we worked with us when she did not finish her job as a director. Instead of dealing honest with the problems she herself had created she created more problems involving more and more lawyers and involving Santa Monica Court telling them I am a stalker and not her producer.
She did break US law in doing so. She did lie to US authorities. Trying to outsmart me she gets herself more and more in trouble.

Why does she do all this nonsense? It´s so easy to just tell the truth:
We shot a movie together. I am not a stalker. I am the producer of A BOUQUET FOR A KILL - the producer who paid the movie, Lydie´s flights, hotel stay...
It´s the truth. What is so difficult she cannot admit the truth? What´s her problem with the truth? What´s her problem with just being honest?

I am not Lydie´s enemy, I never was and I still do not consider her as an enemy. She told Santa Monica court, I love her and that I want to be together with her (in the romantic sense). This is not true. She told Santa Monica Court I threatened to kill her and that I hate her. This is also not true. I consider Lydie a wonderful actress but I will fight her as long as I live as long as she will not return my video tapes.

I do not hate Lydie, I fight her because it is my job as a producer to finish my movie and I need the tapes she took with her to edit the movie. The crew and actors who worked with Lydie and me can expect me to fight for our movie.
I never did involve Lydie´s paintings in this fight. I wrote her right in may 2007 she can pick up her paintings, the paintings are hers and I do not consider them part of our fight. So why didn´t she just call me and let some of her German "friends" pick up the paintings?

And why does she not return my tapes? I offered her we both can edit our own versions. I will edit my producer´s cut and I will give her a HDD with all scenes so she can edit a direcor´s cut, the way she wants to do it - and then we release both versions. Lydie and Roswitha told the press how great this movie is. So what is her problem? Does she really still think she can push me out and make believe people A Bouquet for a Kill is NOT Unhappy End! but a Lydie Denier movie? I think almost everyone from here to China knows now that A Bouquet for a Kill is a remake of Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen - Unhappy End!
So why not stop this stupid fight and do what I always suggested: She gives me the footage of may shooting and I give her a HDD with the scenes from february and april shooting and we just do what we promised when we signed the contracts and when Lydie came to Berlin to shoot with me A Bouquet for a Kill ?

The Paintings of Lydie Denier

And here is another nice story about Lydie and how she succeeds in creating problems where no problems have been before.
Lydie Denier is not only an actress, she is also an artist and she is painting. When we shot in Berlin she gave me some of her paintings she hoped she could sell in Germany. This was when we shot the short version. After the trouble in may, the paintings were still with me and I wrote her and her German friends, asking them to pick up Lydie´s paintings. No answer. I emailed to Lydie and I asked my lawyer to write a letter to Lydie´s agent in Paris. The letter came back. We wrote Lydie if she will not pick up or let pick up her paintings we will charge her 40 € a month to store the paintings. So for half a year I did not charge anything inspite of what Lydie did when she tried to steal my movie. I informed German police I have the paintings and I declared I do not want the paintings, and I wrote to Lydie inspite of the fact she took my video tapes, she can pick up her paintings whenever she wants because in my eyes that´s a different story. Lydie did not answer my mails and did not care about her own paintings. She did not contact neither me nor my lawyer.

Some time later, my lawyer got a letter from a Berlin lawyer who wrote that his client Sacha K. did meet in Cannes with Lydie Denier and she did sell him the paintings she once gave to me. And the lawyer asked us to give the paintings to his client. I wondered why a stranger should buy paintings from Lydie he never had seen. No art collector would buy paintings, he never had seen, would he?
Furthermore the lawyer presented us a handwritten letter, saying it is from Lydie Denier, and the letter said, Lydie had sold the paintings to Herrn K. giving him the address of my lawyer and writing the paintings are "held hostage" by a certain Michael Huck. I wondered what kind of art collector would buy PAINTINGS HE HAD NEVER SEEN BEFORE , ESPECIALLY WHEN HE IS TOLD THE PAINTINGS ARE HELD HOSTAGE BY SOMEONE ELSE !!! This made absouletly no sense to me and we asked the lawyer of Herrn K. to show us the contract with Ms Denier and I asked that Lydie calls and writes me to confirm she really wanted me to give her paintings to Herrn K. I also asked Herr K. had first to pay for storing the paintings.

I did some research and found out that Herr K. is a friend of Lydie´s German actress-friend.
Our Lawyers exchanged several letters and as usual it went nowhere. Then Herrn K.´s lawyer informed us that HERR K. DID RE-SELL !!!!! the paintings to Ms Denier and the laywer now wrote he is representing now Ms Denier and she wants the paintings back now. I informed him we gladly will return the paintings, after we know it is really Denier we are dealing with and AFTER SHE HAS PAID FOR THE STORING OF THE PAINTINGS.
In the meantime Lydie started to tell US courts and media the stalker story. She did not explain of course WHY SHE GAVE HER PAINTINGS TO SOMEONE WHO ACCORDING TO HER HAD STALKED HER SINCE YEARS AND THREATEND TO KILL HER !!!

It´s so sick. Lydie just cannot do something without getting herself and everyone else in trouble. Why didn´t she just let pick up the paintings up when we asked her to do so?

I hereby declare: I NEVER wanted the paintings. I want Lydie to pick up or let pick up her paintings. I never did held this paintings "hostage". I do not do things like that. Lydie did take my videotapes of my movie. That´s her "style". Not mine. I don`t steal other peoples paintings. She can have the paintings whenever she wants as soon as she confirms it is really she behind this lawyer and as soon as the money for storing is paid.

The Christmas Card Horror

Lydie showed Santa Monica Court a Merry Christmas card I mailed to her. She told them she felt this was threatening and disturbing that is, Ms Denier is afraid of a "We wish you a Merry Christmas" card with Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy!!!
(I did make Stan and Ollie not recognizeable because of copyright laws on this upload). As you remember I offered Lydie a Laurel and Hardy BUSINESS parntership. I was NOT talking about LOVE (as she claimed at Santa Monica Court).

I attached some lines of two Charles Trenet songs, La Route Enchantee and Menilmontant.

First, please note I wrote to Lydie: Come with US (and not come with me),
US referring to the people who did set up Bouquet and who are still waiting we can
finish it.
I also changed some lines, not using the word roman d´amour (as written by Trenet in his original song)but instead crazy, poetic and pathetic because that is what Lydie is to me, a little bit crazy, very poetic and pathetic like the old Hollywood divas like Hedy Lamarr and Greta Garbo.

All I wanted was to write Lydie some kind words at Christmas, letting her know how unhappy I feel about the whole situation with Bouquet and wishing her nevertheless a Merry Christmas.

At Santa Monica Court she only showed them again half of the mail making it look again very different in sense.

What really scares me is that Deputy Denham and Judge Rosenberg did not get suspicous when someone told them she is afraid of a Laurel & Hardy Christmas card!!!

The e-mails I wrote to Lydie

Lydie Denier claimed I had wrote her terrifying e-mails and told so to Santa Monica Court. She told Deputy Denham nd Judge Rosenberg I wrote her e-mails writing I am in love with her and wanting to be together with her. It´s not true. The e-mails I wrote to her are clearly about the movie we shot together. So I have no other choice to upload more - if not all of those e-mails - to show to everyone what really happened and what I really wrote and how Lydie manipulated truth when she went to Santa Monica Court.

Here are two e-mails I wrote to Lydie after our fight over Bouquet had started:
the first one I wrote her in April around her Birthday on April 15. (I wrote the mail on April, 14).

Decide yourself if this is a terrifying e-mail as Lydie claims.
The same thing with the e-mail I mailed to her in July 2008 asking her again to finish the project we started and return my tapes.

How does it feel to be accused to be a "S T A L K E R" ?

In late August Lydie Denier told the world I had stalked her and had pulled a gun on her and had threatened to kill her.
It´s not true but how does this affect my life so far?

In Germany: noone really cares. All the people who know me know of course also that Lydie did not tell the truth and all know that Lydie and I shot "A Bouquet for a Kill" together, most people I know already have seen a copy of "A Bouquet for a Kill". Noone who personally knows me actually believed one word of what she told, but of course most people who know me also have met Lydie and me together in the time between February 2007 and May 2007 when Lydie came to Berlin to work with me.

What really makes me happy is that also in the US all the producers and movie people I know and I am in touch with (and some of them have worked with Lydie) did not believe the stalker story (of course also most of them have a copy of "A Bouquet for a Kill or photos of shooting) and even people who never heard of me before wrote comments on websites making fun of Lydie and did not believe her stupid story. She made it to TMZ and "stupid celebreties news" and she was even so P R O U D of this nonsense that she made a link on her website !

So far she found some people at Santa Monica court who gave her this restraining order based on her falsified "evidence" and her lies.
But this will not last forever.
I will make sure till the next AFM EVERY Producer in Hollywood, Immigration and all US authorities, every movie website and every Producers, actors or trade papers will know the truth.

Lydie had her one-week triumph of having me in the news as a crazy stalker. But now for the rest of her life as a human being and as an actress EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE will know that she did accuse me wrongly to be a stalker and that she tried to take over my picture. I wonder if this all was worth it.

If Lydie had not broken her contract with me, I would have let her take the picture to Millenium. Why not? I consider Avi Lerner a great producer. I do not know him but I know people who know him. A producer who is on the board of IFTA assured me Avi Lerner is a good guy. My friend Vonny met him once together with Lydie at Berlin Filmmarket and Vonny was impressed. I know he has made great movies and I would have been glad if he would have produced a bigger US version of Bouquet.
But the way Lydie wanted to do it, just to push me out and take it to Millenium without me? Never.
So what did she achieve?
She went behind my back to Avi Lerner and asked him to buy me out.
I refused.
Lydie had no DVD to go to Cannes.
Lydie had brought over Michael Worth to Germany, asking him to play an important
part in the movie she never finished.
Does that look "professional"? Lydie was in as star A N D director.
It is not professional to leave a movie if you are the director.
And it is not professional to betray your producer and go behind his back to another producer to ask him to buy him out.
What did she achieve?
What does Avi Lerner think of Lydie now?
What does Michael Worth think of Lydie now?
And it is not professional if your take-over attempt fails, to run to Santa Monica Court and accuse your producer to be a crazy fan and a stalker. This is also not clever, it is mean and it is s t u p i d .

I have been one of Lydie´s biggest fan´s b e f o r e I have worked with her. I still consider her a good actress, but I do not want to see her anymore or talk to her for the rest of my life.
I have heard of women accusing someone w r o n g l y as a stalker. I do not know what is going on in their mind or in the mind of Lydie. Lydie is a good actress and she did achieve a lot in Hollywood. Knowing her now I wonder h o w she did achieve surving 20 years in Hollywood.
Most men would now be in trouble as it´s her word against their word.
I am a little bit more lucky: I have 15 hours of outtakes showing me and Lydie on the set of A Bouquet for a Kill. We have hundreds of stills of the shooting taken by the DP Jörg Peter and myself. I have a cast and crew who can confirm I am Not a stalker but the producer of A Bouquet for a Kill.

There is a dark and hopeless Hitchcock movie wih Henry Fonda: The Wrong Man. Fonda is accused of having commited a crime, but he is inoccent. His life is ruined this way.
Lydie tried to ruin and to damage my reputation. I am glad she is not really knowing what she is doing as she is very, very bad in telling lies. If she had been a little bit more clever and if she had said, o.k., I´ve worked with that guy, he was my producer and I did direct and we did not get along and things like that, it would have been very difficult for me to prove what really happened.
But in the moment, she went into Santa Monica court and showed them the F A L S I F I E D Cannae email and did tell them I am NOT a producer but a cazy fan who threatened to kill her, she had lost. It´s so easy to prove it´s a lie.
She got the restraining order and in giving this "news" to TMZ and WENN she tried to damage my reputation, not realizing she actually ruined her own reputation:

From now on everyone will remember Ms Denier not as Tarzan´s Jane but as a starlett who wrongly accused me to be a stalker because I did not let her take over my picture.
I don´t know why she did this. Wouldn´t it be more intelligent to just return my tapes, let me edit our movie and release it? And let the world know that she now also is a director? This could have given her carreer a whole new and different direction. Probably other producers would have let her direct movies.

I also wonder that noone of her so-called friends did talk to her and gave her some good advise like as a director you have to finish a movie ?

I will fight Lydie as long as she will not return my tapes. It is my job as a producer to finish my picture and to release it. Lydie has a contract with me. I will not break this contract and I expect Lydie Denier to deliver the movie she promised to deliver to me.

The Take-Over Battle in May 2007

The Battle over A Bouquet for a Kill in May 2007

During May shooting I realized more and more Lydie had planned to push me out of my own project. After completing short version in April Lydie, Roswitha and I have met in a restaurant and we agreed that we are going to shoot a 90 minute version. I wanted to wait with shooting till Cannes Filmfestival was over as we were trying to get more money to do it bigger, but Lydie insisted we had to start as soon as possible with the 90 minute version and she already had talked to Michael Worth her former co-star of Acapulco H.E.A.T. to come over to Germany in early may.
Later Lydie and Roswitha claimed this meeting had never took place and they never agreed to shoot with me a long version, but there are witnesses who can confirm. We met at Lydie´s birthday at a German Freemason´s Lodge to celebrate Lydie´s birthday and Lydie and Roswitha there told everyone we had agreed to shoot the 90 minute version, that Michael Worth will come from Los Angeles and Lydie even told Hans-Jürgen we need to shoot new scenes at his apartment what they finally did in may.

Lydie went back to Paris and I prepared the may shooting in Berlin.
I was shocked when Lydie mailed me a new 48 page version of my original around 100 page script. This was far too short for a 90 minute movie and her re-writes made no sense at all. I discussed this with Michael Worth and he agreed on most of what I said. (I still have all the emails). Michael Worth who is also an experienced producer and I emailed about the questions what camera and technical equipment we are going to use and Lydie went furious when she learend Michael Worth and I discussed script and technics. Lydie had abolutley no knowledge of HD cameras, PAl, NTSC standards, 24p or 25p and Michael Worth knew all about and so I considered it a good idea to discuss this with Michael but Lydie insisted she as a director has to decide who is allowed to talk to whom about what. I am the producer and I do not take orders from directors unless they are Alfred Hitchcock or Lubitsch.

When I did not Greenlight Lydie´s new scriptversion she run amok and started shooting without my permit and Roswitha supported her. Lydie obviously had already made plans to push me out of the project and had talked to Avi Lerner behind my back. First she had told me she wanted Avi Lerner to come in as a co-producer to get additional money to do it better and bigger but I realized she wanted Avi Lerner to come in to buy me out.

She mailed me an email asking me to give her all my receipts and claimed Avi Lerner had asked her to do so. I did not believe her.
She finally admitted she wanted Avi to buy me out and then emailed me a new contract she had wrtiten and wanted me to sign the project over to her. (She had realized she cannot take the project to Mr Lerner as long as I own the copyright).

Lydie wanted me to leave the project and give her all the rights. She wanted only to give me a coproducer´s credit and she even wanted all the writer´s credits for herself, leaving me just a credit "based on an idea by Michael Huck". If you are a little bit familiar with copyright laws you probably know according to US copyright law "ideas" cannot be protected. Nice try, Denier.

The second trap she wrote into that contract was that she has to fully reimbourse me in the event if the long version is sold to American Television. Looks good at first but isn´t if you know that most low budget productions are never sold to television and only distributed on dvd or video. So in this case she could have made lots of money with dvd sales and I would not get one cent IF NOT SOLD TO AMERICAN TELEVISION. I alsow would get nothing according to this conctract if sold to German, French or other television.(However she made a mistake again and did write American television NOT US, so what if sold to Brazil ???) Then there are some clauses like the sum will not exceed $ 5000 . I have spent much more than this sum on the project. And what about Jörg and Vonny who also invested in the movie and cast and crew?
Actually in the worst case neither I nor anyone else besides Lydie would get money. Not a good contract.
Jörg and I set up another contract which made sure everyone involved in the short and long version would get a share of profits in case the long version is made and sold. Lydie had not to pay one cent in advance, only if sold but then everyone would get a share. Lydie refused to sign this contract and I refused to sign hers.

So all the work cast and crew did on this project so far did not get us anywhere.
It is my job as a producer to somehow release this project.

A Bouquet for Kill
The Fight over A Bouquet for a Kill, Part 3

In February 2007 we started shooting the English version of "Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen!" entitled The Other Women, later re-titled A Bouquet for a Kill .
I had changed the ending. Lydie who did star and direct had changed the ending
again and I liked Lydie´s new ending.
Lydie had also changed the beginning. In the first versions Mrs Tanner and
Sybille / Sarah first talk for a long time, then Mrs. Tanner takes Sarah prisoner.
In the new English version, Mrs. Tanner overpowers Sarah right at the beginning and
ties her up. I also liked this change as it made the story more suspenseful.

The rest of the story was by and large the same, but I realized while shooting Lydie did start telling around she had totally re-written my script and the new script has nothing to do with my original Unhappy End! story and she tried to convince herself it´s true. When she finally realized this is not working as I can prove I did the same story two times before in Germany (and a copy is at Register of Copyrights) she tried to make me sign over the copyright to her and when I refused she finally started telling the stalker story.

Even if you have not watched yet all 3 versions of the story, only have a look at the photos and you will realize the story is very much the same. I have no idea what Lydie is trying to achieve. It´s if someone takes Romeo and Juliette and changes the ending and makes them marry and re-arrange the poison scene and starts with that scene and then claims now it´s not anymore William Shakespeare´s.

The Fight over A Bouquet for a Kill Part 2

In 2002 I had met with Lydie Denier in Hollywood and showed her an expose of our old German Unhappy End! episode 2, Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen. Lydie liked it and I promised her to come back with an English script. I entitled the script The Other Woman and Lydie also liked the script and we signed a Letter of Intent that we are going to shoot a movie together based on my and Jean Bork´s script. Lydie would star and direct and I produce. We met several times in Los Angeles and Paris to discuss script and cast. In the English version the wife was still named Stephanie Tanner (only the h was missing because in English Th(anner) would have been pronounced Sanner) but I changed the young woman´s name from Sybille to Sarah Lamarr. Sarah because I loved the Buffy-the Vampire Slayer tv show starring Sarah-Michelle Gellar and Lamarr because Lydie loves Hedy Lamarr so much.

In the meantime when I was back in Germany I re-shot a German version of the story this time entitled "Die Hexe" (The Witch) . We used almost the same script. I did this for seeing how to set up lights and camera best and I also used two cameras, my SVHS Panasonic MS 4 and a new digital camcorder from JVC as I intented to start shooting digital. We also shot "Die Hexe" in the same apartment we also rented later to shoot the English version with Lydie. As I knew by then already that Lydie will star in the English version, I placed a copy of a magazine with Lydie on the cover on a table in the apartment. If you watch "Die Hxe" you´ll might notice.

Unhappy End! Episode 2 Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen
The Fight over A Bouquet for a Kill Part 1

As you already know, Lydie Denier and I shot "A Bouquet for a Kill" from February 2007 till May 2007. Lydie went behind my back, contacted Avi Lerner and asked him to buy me out. When I refused to sign her take-over contract, she and Roswitha claimed I have nothing to do with the movie. Roswitha´s lawyer wrote a letter to my lawyer claiming it is NOT my story and not my production but Lydie Denier´s. They even laimed I have not be present while shooting! And finally Lydie accused me to be a crazy stalker and not a producer.

"A Bouquet for a Kill" is my baby. It´s my project. It is based on a German script we did many years ago and that´s why I can prove it is my project. We shot the German script already in the 1990s, years before I met Lydie Denier. Jean Bork and I wrote the script together. It is about a jealous wife, Mrs Tanner (played by Ingrid Littmann) who learns her husband has an affair with a much younger woman. The wife goes over to the young woman´s place and begs her to stop the affair with her husband. When the young woman refuses, the wife beats her up, ties her up and gags her and finally kills her. Then the mailman brings a letter of her husband. The wife reads the letter and realizes her husband just had decided to end the affair. Jean Bork played the part of the young lover and the Episode of the Unhappy End! series is entitled "Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen!" The Episode has been releasen in German speaking countries in 1999 on VHS, later on DVD.

The Restraining Order

The Restraining Order

This is the Restraining Order. Lydie finally found a certain Judge Rosenberg at Santa Monica Court who believed her fairy tales and gave her this Restraining Order.

Let me tell you one thing: I consider this a serious matter. Judge Rosenberg declared me a dangerous, armed stalker based on false evidence (The manipulated Cannae email) and Lydie Denier´s lies (that Berlin Police searched my apartment and found the place "littered" with Denier photos). I am now in the computers of all US states as a dangerous maniac. So I consider this a really serious matter and I do not intent of making fun of Judge Gerald Rosenberg or Santa Monica Court.

So why am I writing this: Lydie Denier - assisted by Judge Rosenberg and Santa Monica Court - tries to damage my reputation by giving TMZ and other media the information about the Restraining Order and telling the world that I am a dangerous stalker. My reputation is already bad enough. Most critics who wrote about my projects put me in a row with Ed Wood. (o.k. I love Ed Wood, I can live with that.)

But it is me who decides if and how I have to defend my reputation, so I want to write here just some of my thoughts on the Restraining Order, Santa Monica Court and Judge Rosenberg and how they handle this case.

First let´s have a look at this Restraining Order. Judge Rosenberg believed Lydie I am a stalker, right? He made a decision and he mailed me that I am NOT allowed to try to find out Lydie´s address, right?
Hm... Look at the court papers they mailed to me. Page 1: They mailed me Lydie´s address !!! (I did black it out so no real stalker will visit Lydie)I do not think it is Lydie´s real address, but even if it is only the address of a friend or a mailing address, CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY MAILED HER ADDRESS TO ME ???

If I were a R E A L stalker , that´s all I needed. A real stalker could now go to this address or mailbox and just wait till Lydie comes along picking up her mail from...Santa Monica court!

O.K. I think you´ll understand that from right here my confidence in Santa Monica Court is Z E R O .

I wrote I do not blame Ms Denham from Santa Monica Court and Judge Rosenberg that they believed Lydie is stalked by a maniac. Almost every actress is stalked by some maniac, so till here it makes sense if an actress comes to court and pleads for help because a stalker is after her that they try to help her.

But NOW : Lydie told them GERMAN POLICE IN BERLIN did investigate. Great ! German Police involved ! There must be a file in Germany on the case !!!

A Judge has to make important decisions. Often based on what people tell him. That´s difficult. But in this case, Lydie told them there is already a Police file and told them I have threatened to kill her in G E R M A N Y .

To find out what happened, how dangerous this stalker might be or to see if Lydie really tells the truth - actually it is a serious matter to accuse someone to have threatened to kill - all Judge Rosenberg and Ms Denham had to do is to pick up a phone and call German police in Berlin. The file is in the computer and most is in English, German police could have emailed the file within seconds and Judge Rosenberg and Ms Denham could have learned

THAT:

- German Police did never search my apartment

- Lydie Denier and I did shoot "A Bouquet for a Kill" from February 2007 till
May 2007, exactly the time she claimed I had stalked her

- the email Lydie showed them was falsified : the original Cannae emai IS in
the German Police file

- Lydie tried to take over my project and take it to Avi Lerner

- I did sent German Police after Lydie after she did not return my tapes

I admit this is a horrible complicated case, but if Ms Denham and Judge Rosenberg had done their homework they would at least have found out that there must be something wrong with Lydie Denier´s tales of terror.

However Judge Rosenberg and Ms Denham never really cared and instead declared me a dangerous stalker.
THEY HAVE NO PROOF! And they did not bother to get in touch with German Police to find out what is going on, they just supported Denier in damaging my reputation in
giving her a restraining order having ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE that what Lydie told them is the truth.

I was informed two days before the hearing of the Hearing and had not time and opportunity to talk to someone at Santa Monica court. I am in Germany and they notified me two days before the Hearing and when I called them no one was willing to talk to me and all they let me know was I should get a lawyer.
Can you think of something more Kafkaesque ? You get mail from a faraway place like China and they write you they accuse you to be a dangerous maniac and they invite you to come over within 48 hours ???

I have absolutely no confindence in this court and I wrote to Governor Schwarzenegger to please let LASD investigate as I know they know how to do their job and I have total confindence in LASD .

I repeat: I am INNOCENT . I did not pull a gun on Lydie Denier and I didn´t threaten to kill her. Lydie did falsify evidence and did lie to Judge Rosenberg. I am not a stalker and Lydie tried to take over my movie to take it to Avi Lerner. That´s why we fight. Lydie enlisted Santa Monica court to fight me and to get rid of me and Judge Rosenberg so far does not understand what is going on and that Lydie only U S E S him and Santa Monica Court in her fight over our movie against me.

I also ask any newspaper or website who wants to help me to distribute all evidence I have to get in touch with me at MichaelMHuck@aol.com

Maybe Judge Rosenberg will realize what is going on if he sees the evidence in the newspapers if SMC is not willing or able to investigate on their own.
It is NOT my job to prove I am innocent. It is the job of Judge Rosenberg to find out who is the bad guy or - in this case - bad girl.

Lydie tries to ruin my reputation, so I will tell anyone who wants to know what really happened and give you all the evidence you need to know.

The Stalker Docu

Lydie Denier accused me to be a stalker. I am not. I am a producer. That´s why I strike back with this lovely docu. Coming in February 2010 (around Berlin Filmfestival) you can finally watch this extraordinary documentation on shooting A Bouquet for a Kill with Lydie Denier. The Thriller behind the Thriller.
I personally read the court papers with French accent! Hurrah!

Why do I make fun of Lydie and her stalking fairy tales?
Because it´s funny!!! I simply could not resist to do so. I take the whole matter serious of course. Acutally I´m in the computers of all United States as a stalker, that´s quite serious. And Lydie found a judge at Santa Monica Court who believed her fairy tales. But this will not last forever. I mailed them a copy of our outtakes and lots of evidence and sooner or later even Judge Gerald Rosenberg at Santa Monica court will have to admit charming Lydie did fool them.
I did not do the things Lydie told about me. I am innocent and I always told the truth, so I do not care how many lies Lydie is telling, sooner or later even her greatest fans will have to realize what is going on.

This docu might help, so just order it at MichaelMHuck@aol.com and decide for your own. Listen to me while I read the courtpapers and watch what I have to say and then decide yourself. As Lydie tries to damage my reputation I only can fight back and tell what really happened.

I already wrote that I still have a high regard for Lydie as an actress and this will not change no matter how this fight will end.
However I want to tell you now what I think of Lydie as a person after I had the pleasure to shoot and work with her for quite a long time.

Lydie did try to push me out of my movie. She went behind my back talking to some of the actors and crew asking them to support her to push me out of my project and then taking it to Avi Lerner. She still took my money and let me pay for her flights and Health inusurance in may 2007 when she already worked hard behind my back to take the picture to Avi Lerner. I consider this disgusting.
Lydie and her German "friends" met without me celebrating to have pushed me out and going to Avi Lerner when the editor went over to them and told them they can forget about it as he will not give Lydie the dvd without my permit.

Lydie then started to get real mean. I consider her a coward. She did not talk to me to get things straight. She betrayed the whole cast and crew who believed in her and she run away. She asked Roswitha to let her lawyer write a letter to my lawyer claiming I had offended and threatened ROSWITHA (!!!!!) with the Cannae email. (The mail I wrote to Lydie, remember?) She also made them write that I am not the copyrightowner. (I shot the story years before Lydie and I met in German language and the English script is registered as early as 2003 at Register of Copyrights. It´s my and Jean Bork´s script). Lydie again acted like a coward and did hide behind Roswitha.

When this did no work she run to Santa Monica court and found honorable Judge Gerald Rosenberg who believed her fairy tales and gave her a Restraining Order. I can imagine Lydie was certainly convincing playing the helpless, charming stalking victim. (Hey, we are talking about Lydie Denier, martial arts expert who did more than 100 action shows. I have been a Tannenberg soldier and I consider her extremly dangerous, especially if she is running amok and believe me: I´ve seen her running amok). But I still consider her a coward as she does what she always did: hiding behind someone else and this time it is judge Gerald Rosenberg and his restraining order.
What Lydie did was extremely mean. She did offend everyone who is really stalked by some maniac. As far as I´m concerned, she did accuse me wrongly but I am not afraid of her. First, Lydie´s fairy tales already did fire back on her and many people understood already she did not tell the truth and sooner or later everyone will know the truth.
Second, stupid as it may sound, this strange PR helps me to get be better known in the US and in the end will help me hopefully to sell more of our excellent dvds of our series Unhappy End!, Nightmare Follies and The 7 Nightmares Girl starring the most beautiful actresses and models you can dream of, half the age of Lydie but twice as beautiful (and you should ask yourself: If I work with all those beautiful girls most of them here in Berlin and Germany, WHY should I stalk 45 year old Lydie all around the world??? Hey, I´ve seen her WITHOUT MAKE-UP !!! Get serious !!!)
You see that´s not the point. I wanted to work with Lydie because I loved her as an actress and because I understood she is not only a good actress but her more than 20 years Hollywood experience is priceless. If we had shot more projects together we could have made some nice little thrillers Terence Fisher or Alfred Hitcock style. This was the reason I wanted to work with Lydie. I did not care that she was not anymore 25 . I loved Peter Cushing, James Stewart, Charles Trenet, Maurice Chevalier, Sinatra and Dean Martin even more when they grew older. I love Barbara Eden today as much as I did love her when I was 10 years old and watched her the first time in I dream of Jeanny. If you like an actor or an actress age does not really matter.

I also want to say here some words on LASD . The last couple of weeks I had not only to deal with Santa Monica court but also with LASD and I can say it is always a pleasue to talk to officers or deputies of Sheriff Baca´s LASD. Inspite of the fact they also could not know what was going on at first and only knew what Lydie told Santa Monica court they took the time to look in their computers and to listen to me. When I called or emailed or faxed them there was always someone getting immediately back to me and have a look at the problem. If you are in Los Angeles and someone accusses you to have done something and you are innocent, stay away from court and try to talk to someone of LASD.

Some Words on Laurel & Hardy, Love, Partnership, Frienship and
Corruption

Lydie accuses me to be in love with her and having threatened her that I would kill her if she refuses to be "together" with me.
I already mentioned what she says is not true. I have never been in love with Lydie IN THE ROMANTIC SENSE of the word and the last thing I want is to be "togehter" with Lydie. I consider Lydie a very uncanny person, a kind of Jekyll and Hyde character who kisses and hugs you one day and the next day hates you and stabs you in the back. I often told I do not want anymore to be in the same room with her. And I mean it.

First everyone has to keep one important thing in mind: I am a producer and I have worked with Lydie. On a shooting set everyone tells everbody how much you love each other. I always did LOVE, ADORE and ADMIRE Lydie as an actress. She is a very special, gifted and great actress. I always considered her a wonderful actress and one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. My feelings never changed after she decided to fight me and to try to push me out of The Other Woman /A Bouquet for a Kill. This is one thing: I consider what she did was mean, unfair and I will fight her as long as she will not give back my videotapes of the shooting I paid for. But what she did does not make her a bad actress, of course. This fight has nothing to do with that. It is still a matter of fact Lydie is a great actress and if I watch Perfect Alibi or Acapulco H.E.A.T. I still admit she is hilarious.

When Lydie and I signed in 2003 a letter of Intent that we are going to work together and to shoot together I was thrilled and I loved meeting with her in Hollywood and in Paris and later in Berlin to discuss and work on "Bouquet". We met many times at the Clafoutie and Cafe Med in Beverly Hills, at the Fouquet in Paris and her place in Paris where she stayed and in Berlin and it was fun working with her. I earlier wrote I considered her my Stan Laurel and I loved her the way Ollie did love Stan or Dean Martin did love Jerry Lewis or Peter Cuhsing loved Christopher Lee. I was interessted in a partnership with Lydie like I have one in Germany with Katja, setting up projects and at first it worked wonderful. In Berlin Lydie came to my place and we edited what we shot during Berlin Filmfestival having much fun. As far as I was concerened I offered Lydie to go on with the partnership and shooting together more projects. Lydie on the other hand changed her mind while in Germany.
When she worked with Roswitha who was then a big name in Germany, Lydie decided Roswitha is a far better partner for her than I am and from April 2007 Lydie started to push me out of my own project. She fired cast and crew I had hired and hired new people but she had several problems: I am the copyrightowner and I was not willing to sign the project over to her.

Cast and Crew had to make decisions if they support Lydie (director) or me (producer) and Roswitha and some of the people Lydie and Roswitha brought in supported Lydie hoping to get a ticket to Hollywood. One woman who did the make-up is now a friend on Lydie´s facebook site. Anohter actor Roswitha brought in told me he has no conctact anymore with Lydie but considers Roswitha still his friend.
Katja, Jean, Rolf and other cast and crew members refused to support Lydie´s take-over attempt. Lydie wanted to keep Jörg as a DP and Jörg and I discussed it would be the best if he stayed on the set, so I know what is going on the days I am not present. (Lydie and Roswitha had scoutet some locations on her own and refused to let me in or did not tell me where they shot. However Lydie called / smsed me several times a day if she needed props or if problems arose.). Jörg informed me they gave interviews one day when I was not present and told the press "A Bouquet for a Kill" is an US production for a "Women´s Channel". However it was one of Roswitha´s friend,
whom she had reommended as an editor who finally stopped Lydie´s take-over attempt when refusing to give to Lydie the edited material. Without this dvd Lydie had nothing to go to Cannes to show to Avi Lerner. I cannot say how deeply grateful I am that the editor in spite of the fact he was a friend of Roswitha´s did NOT support Lydie´s take over attempt.

It is always a terrible decision if someone whom you consider a friend asks you to do something that is not right or even illegal. And it was painful for me to see how some actors and crew members were willing to support Lydie hoping this will bring them in touch with the big Avi Lerner. I am also very grateful that Avi Lerner - who is certainly not a fan of mine - and who has worked several times with Lydie , stopped talking to her as soon as he realized what she is doing.
So actually it was a friend of Roswitha`s and a friend of Lydie`s who stopped Lydie´s take-over attempt.

So you see, this was all very painful for everyone involved. Lydie and I have a contract and when Lydie tried to break that contract this did damage many professional and personal relationships. And inspite of the fact that I still consider Lydie a great and wonderful actress, I think everyone will understand that I have not anymore a high regard for Lydie as a person.
So it is absolutely ridiculos if she tells Santa Monica court I am in love with her and want to be together with her. I certainly am not in love with her and I certainly do not want to be together with her. All I want from Lydie is my videotapes so I can edit my picture.

I enclose two emails, one is written by me in may 2007 one by Lydie in may 2007, shortly after the may shooting, when Lydie was already back in Paris (with the flight I paid for. I really thought of cancelling her flight, but I did not because I did not want to break the contract I have with her).

As you can see in the enclosd email I still write Lydie how much I adore her (as an actress and director) If you read the mail it is about her acting and directing not about love.

In Lydie´s email she writes she will give my "love poems" to her lawyers. (actually I always write poems in French, German, English even Latin and give those poems to people I work with. I did this already 25 years ago when working at Walt Diseny World in Florida. But decide yourself: If I wrote "love poems" to Lydie and she felt offended, why didn´t she give the love poems immediately to her lawyers or police? Why did she wait with that till we had the fight over "A Bouquet for a Kill" ?
And what kind of woman is this, who - when fighting over a business problem (AND LYDIE ADMITS IN THIS EMAIL THIS IS A BUSINESS ISSUE ) runs to lawyers not with the business files but with "love poems" written earlier.

Actually I am not even sure what Lydie is talking about. I am a big fan of Charles Trenet, the great French singer who also wrote La mer (or if you are younger Beyond The Sea, recently recorded by Robbie Williams) and I wrote some new lyrics to Charles Trenet songs like Revoir Paris. After I had met with Lydie once in Paris I wrote some poem in French to the rhythm of Revoir Paris making it to Revoir Lydie. I wrote that when I drove back with the metro and later when I waited for my plane at the airport and later mailed it to Lydie - she never complained.

And I also remember, after I could not reach her for some weeks when she was filming in Romania I wrote her some lines to the music of Charles Trenet´s "Il pleut dans ma chambre" and wrote lines, something like: To find you I´ll enlist the birds in a tree, Rommel and Montgomery... Yes, Rommel and Montgomery, so this was more funny than kind of love poem and again, Lydie NEVER complained till the take-over fight much later. If she were offenend by those "love poems" why did she sign anew contract with me in 2007 and why did she come to Germany in 2007 to shoot with me?

Bernie Brillstein, the great agent who presented The Muppets, once wrote you should never lie because it is so difficult as you always have to come up with new lies to cover the old ones. And he is right. That´s Lydie´s main problem.
Telling lies you have an advantage for some time but sooner or later everyone - including Judge Gerald Rosenberg - will know the truth. And then Lydie will really be in trouble.

In Lydie´s email she also admits she has worked with me (so I am NOT a stalker but a producer). She even admits she has signed a contract with me as an actress and director. She also says she has not signed a contract as a writer. Exactly. I never wanted her to rewrite the script. But when she brought in script changes I liked I allowed her to use this ideas. Howewer when she finally rewrote more and more scenes which made not much sense I refused to Greenlight this - this is my decision as a writer of the original script and producer. In one and the same email Lydie tells me she thinks I am not allowed to use the project and some lines later she tells me she does not want the 20 minute version anymore (actually when finally edited it is 30 minutes). That´s Lydie, she never knows what she actually wants.

The email I wrote is one of many emails I wrote in the same style. I always told Lydie how much I love her (as an actress) but I made it clear I will fight her till I am 80 if she does not return my tapes.
That´s all I want. Lydie and I signed a contract. I want to edit my movie and Lydie had no right to try to push me out of my project.

Lydie gets a Gun - The Berlin Gun Story

As I already mentioned, I NEVER threatened to kill Lydie and NEVER pulled a gun on her. The truth is: While shooting A Bouquet for a Kill in Berlin we used several prop knives, real knives and a revolver. One prop knife we did rent at a prop store in Berlin for several days. Lydie and I did pick it up together. I also own prop guns we use for shooting our videos. NO REAL FIREARMS . Anyway you can shoot blankets and if fired close to an actor cannot kill but burn or hurt him. Lydie and I did meet at a cafe at Paul-Lincke-Ufer and I showed a revolver to her, one I thought would be good for the scene when Michael Worth`s character shoots the PI at his office. I showed Lydie the revolver in the cafe and she loved it and wanted to keep it during shooting A Bouquet for a Kill. I explained to her that we have very strict laws in Germany and you even need a permit for a prop gun (which I do have indeed). Lydie told me she did 1000 action tv shows ad knows how to handle guns but I insisted that I will bring the revolver to the set and refused to give it to her.
Later I also wrote her an email asking her to handle the revolver carefully and especially do not use the revolver near someone´s eyes or face and also to protect the ears. That´s my job as a producer. Lydie went mad and wrote me again that she knows how to do action movies and I have not to tell her how to handle guns.I enclose two of the emails. Also nice to show you how it feels for a producer to shoot with director Lydie Denier. We later used the revolver in the Tempelhof Studios where we shot the PI scenes with Michael Worth. I was present while shooting the scenes.

Shooting A Bouquet for a Kill

Here are two more emails from Lydie while shooting A Bouquet for a Kill :

One dated February 21, 2007. Lydie was in Paris watching what we shot during Filmfestival in February. Remember: She told Santa Monica Court I had stalked her earlier at Berlin Filmfestival!

The second email is dated Mai, 2nd 2007. I wrote I had eamiled with Michael Worth about the script. Remember: I wrote the original script. I am the producer. Lydie did direct and rewrote MY SCRIPT on her own and I did not Greenlight it as her rewrite made not much sense. Michael Worth agreed, I still have the emails I exchanged with Michael Worth. And that is what Lydie wrote me. She (Director) told me (Producer !!! ) not to talk to the male lead (Worth) about my own project.
Lydie obviously went over the top thinking she is kind of Orson Wells or Bette Davis.

If I produce a movie (and if it is my ORIGINAL SCRIPT ) I decide to whom I will talk and not the director or anyone else.

Lydie even told me (and anyone else) A Bouquet for a Kill is NOT an Unhappy End! movie. Look at the original Unhappy End episodes "Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen" and
"Die Hexe" (shot in the same apartement as A Bouquet for a Kill) and compare it to A Bouquet for a Kill. A Bouquet for a Kill IS Unhappy End!, of course it is from start to...Unhappy End!

Pre Shooting

This emails show that Lydie did not tell the truth when she told Santa Monica Court there was not contact between her and me till Berlin Filmfestival 2007. In the emails from december 2006 you can see:
1) I did send Lydie the script written by me, Jean Bork and corrected by a writer from Australia
2) I did recommend German actress to play the Mrs Tanner part.
Later Lydie claimed she had written the script (in fact it is STILL a remake of Du sollst nicht ehebrechen, and it is STILL Unhappy End! whatever Lydie claims now.

And it also shows I did bring in Roswitha Schreiner with whom I had worked earlier shooting the Der Tag vor der Hochzeit episode of the Unhappy End! series.

The Cannae Files

The Cannae mail, Hannibal and the Tannenberg Battle

To write the Cannae email to Lydie in 2007 was one of the saddest moements in my life. Lydie Denier wanted to push me out of my own movie and take it to Avi Lerner. She was absolutely sure she could make me to turn the movie over to her. She had teamed up with Roswitha Schreiner, the German actress who played the Mrs Tanner part and Lydie had replaced Katja and Jean with two other actresses, Esther Seibt and Jutta Fastian. The camera was now operated mainly by Roswitha´s husband and Lydie had already a scheduled meeting with Avi Lerner. She was supposed to meet him some days later at the Cannes Filmfestival to show him some edited scenes of "A Bouquet for a Kill". She had made me to believe earlier she wanted to meet with Avi to bring him in as a co-prodcuer and had asked me to give her the receipts of shooting so she can show it to Avi Lerner. Later she admitted it was not to bring in Avi Lerner as a co-producer but to make him buy me out. She wanted me to leave the movie so she could take over and Avi Lerner should pay. I refused to leave my own movie.

Lydie´s take-over attempt was very poorly designed. She did not own the copyright, I do. I also had shot the same story twice in Germany years before, so I can prove it is my copyright and the English script is registered at the Copyright office in Washington in 2003 ! I have contracts with the actors I brought in like Katja Bienert and Rolf Eden, while Lydie obviously not even had signed contracts with the people she brought in to replace the old crew / cast hired by me. They shot for some days without contracts and insurance and I declared I will not give them more money if not contracts with all involved are signed before starting shooting long version in may. I have signed contracts with all people involved in the april and february shootings including Lydie; the only exception is Roswitha Schreiner who did not sign her contract and told me she has first to mail it to her agent in Hamburg. From march 2007 till may 2007 she and her agent always wanted to re-negotiate something in the contract and I finally declared she has to sign it before start may shooting. Then Roswitha sent me an email admitting she will not sign any contract before Lydie has talked to Avi Lerner in Cannes.
So when I refused to pay more money for the may shooting they did shoot anyway. I was present on some days of the shooting on some not. I had set up the may shooting, paid already money, paid the props, rentet locations and much more. I still allowed them to use the locations and props, my lighting equipment and as mentioned I was present on some of he shooting days ie at the restaurant scenes and PI office, street scenes in Damaschkestrasse Berlin. (Roswitha´s lawyer later claimed I had not even been present during the shooting).

I did warn Lydie several times she is about to make the same mistake as the romans when fighting Hannibal at Cannae: The much bigger roman army attacked the center of Hannibal´s smaller army, pushing them back, Hannibal´s left and right marched forward, surrounded the roman army and then won the battle in spite of the fact they were actually outnumbered by the much bigger roman army.
In 1914 two big Russian armies attacked Germany and only a small German army was there to stop them led by Hindenburg, Ludendorff and Hoffmann. They remembered Hannibal and Cannae and used the same tactics. They surrounded with their little army the first of the much bigger Russian army.

My situation was similar. There was Lydie Denier, Hollywood star with more than 20 years experice in the toughest showbiz communtiy of the world, Roswitha, a very wellknown German actress and the big Avi Lerner one of the most powerful men in showbiz. By then I did not know that Avi Lerner would not support Lydie any longer as soon as he learned what is really going on. Everyone told me they are too strong to fight but it was my project and I was not willing to let Lydie push me out.
But thinking of Hannibal and Tannenberg I knew I had at least a chance. I have been a soldier in Germany and our headquarters were named after the Battle of Tannenberg, so I knew a lot about Cannae and Tannenberg and that you do not have to panic if
someone who seems to be much stronger attacks you.
I designed a plan how to stop Lydie and I and the DP went to the editor who was a friend of Roswitha´s and explained him what was going on. He agreed that he would not give Lydie Denier the edited scenes unless there are signed contracts. He went over to Roswitha´s place where Lydie and her German friends already had a good time making plans for Cannes. When the editor told Lydie he will not give her the tapes if she does not show him signed contracts of the project she had lost. She had trapped herself in her own trap like the Romans at Cannae. She had nothing to go to Cannes and to show it to Avi Lerner. She wrote me emails and called me asking me to sign a take over contract giving her the rights to use the shot material and show it to Avi Lerner (I have uploaded this email earlier in the blog: the email about letting the cutter burn the movie). I refused to sign the project over to Lydie, and the DP and I set up an own contract. I refused to sign Lydie´s contract and she refused to sign mine.
The meeting in Cannes had to be cancelled.
I contacted Avi Lerner´s office and faxed them what was going on and his office informed me they stopped talking to Lydie.

While this fight was going on, I wrote the famous Cannae email. Before mailing it to Lydie I showed it to the DP who asked me NOT to send it. I thought about for a while then decided to mail it and I thought after what Lydie did she deserved this mail.
I still think it was right. (I only made one grammar mistake. I do speak English but not perfect as you might already noticed. In the mail I wrote "part" instead of "share".

The Cannae mail story also shows of course that Lydie uses really every dirty trick to get rid of me.
She later tried to use this email two times against me.
I uploaded above:

3. a letter of Roswitha Schreiner´s (!!!!) lawyer claiming I had written the
Cannae email to Roswitha !!!! offending and threatening her with that mail
to make her sign my contract !!!

1. The original mail: I load it up as I wrote it only blacking out two names of
two people Lydie and I know but who are not involved in his fight.
When the cutter refused to give Lydie the dvd she wanted to show it to Avi
Lerner, her take over attempt had failed. I wrote to her: Game over. and signed:
Hannibal. (I am NOT crazy and think I am Hannibal, it simply was a short and
perfect way to let Lydie know her take over game was ... over!)

If you go on reading you see this whole mail is about the fight over the movie,
Lydie´s situation when she was in Paris. She did not get anymore parts in Holly-
wood for a while and was in Paris not really knowing what to do next. When
I set up production of "A Bouquet for Kill" I realized she not even had a
Health insurance and I bought her one not only for the time we shot as usual
while producing a movie but also for the time in-between shootings. (I am not
a saint, acutally it did cost almost the same if I bought 3 times an isurance
for a couple of weeks or one for several months). I also tried to help her to
get new roles introducing her to producers and directors I know and also tried
to help her to sell her theater play about Garbo and her paintings she left here
in Germany while shooting Bouquet. So I was very sad realizing that she actually
tried to push me out of my project.
But there was still the problem left what to do with Bouquet. I have the tapes
of february and april shooting, Lydie and/or her German friends the tapes of
may shooting and none of us could do anything without the other. So when I wrote
things like if you do not save me I will not save your or if I will perish we
both will perish this was about the movie, NOT about a massacre as Lydie wants
to make believe Santa Monica court and press now.

And now look what Lydie did with the mail when she showed to Santa Monica court the
shortened version:

Lydie showed them only some parts inlcuding Hannibal, Tannenberg, the I will
take you away your magic and the we both will perish line.

Great! Looks like a maniac in love had written that who has totally lost his
mind. I cannot even blame Lydie´s fan´s and deputy Denham when reading this,
they believed Lydie she is stalked by a maniac. But you see it´s not true and
you see how Lydie operates now, if you look at the original email.

Also a few words about magic. Lyide Denier was an actress who had a certain kind of magic. Few actors have this. Like James Stewart, Peter Cushing, Lee Grant, Barbara Eden, Erich von Stroheim, Maurice Chevalier. Lydie had this kind of magis earlier. When we started shooting Bouquet I felt she was sad and the magic was not here anymore. As you can see on her website she hadn´t had any parts for some years and she seemed to me very unhappy. After we started shooting this changed and when we shot the scene outside when she was kind of dancing around the tree that magic came back. I am horribly sad that Lydie dediced to fight me and try to push me out of Bouquet. She was kind of Jeklly and Hyde, one day hugging and kissing me and telling me how much she loves working with me, the other day telling around she will never work with me again. I think she just hated the idea of having to take orders from a low budget producer as she thinks herself still to be a big Hollywood star.
As far as I am concerend I always loved and admired her as an actress and I would have stayed with her forever. At the beginning it was so much fun working with her and I thought I had found my Stan Laurel. I always looked for a partner in Hollywood I could work the same way I work with Katja Bienert in Germany and to me Lyide seemed to be that person. She had worked for so many years in Hollywood and when we started working and shooting together at first it was not only fun but I realized if we go on we could become a couple like Laurel and Hardy, Martin and Lewis or Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee, setting up together some special kind of thrillers with very cool leading ladies. Lydie also realized early this concept would work, but she decided she only wanted the concept and not me. So she tried to take the concept but WITHOUT me to Avi Lerner.

Looking back, not really a good idea.

As far as Roswitha Schreiner is concerned, she supported Lydié´s take over attempt for reasons I never really understood.
She even let her lawyer write a letter to my lawyer, claiming I had offended and threatened her by mailing her an email (see above) : "Sign my contract and we all
will win. Do not sign it and we both will perish...Your game is over...I am Tannenberg...."

Sounds familar? Yes, she gave her lawyer the or parts of the Cannae email claiming I offended and threatend her with that mail. If you read my original mail above you see clearly this mail was mailed to Denier, only a copy to Roswitha Schreiner. As she was involved and Lydie stayed at her place during may shooting I had mailed a copy to Roswitha to let her know what was going on.

I mentioned I felt very sad to had to write this mail and I am also not happy that I have to upload it now. I never would have made this public. I already have showed the original email to the German police in 2007 when Roswitha claimed I had offended her, but I had not the intention to make it public.
When Lydie now went not only to Santa Monica Court and showed them the falsified email to make me look like a crazy fan who is stalking her and when the falsified email along with court papers where given to TMZ and other media, I had no other choice but to upload the original email to show everyone what really happened.

There are obviously still fans of Lydie´s who did not get it yet and write how sorry they feel for Lydie to be stalked by some bad guy.
I would heave preferred to find a solution the way I mentioned in my mail to Max Keller, Lydie editing a director´s cut, and I editing a producer´s cut. It was Lydie Denier´s decision to go public telling lies.
So I had to go public telling the truth.
It seems one Cannae is not enough for Lydie.
I have no idea what Lydie wants to achieve with this. I want my tapes back, I want
to edit and release the movie. And I can imagine Lydie´s fans also would like to see the movie Lydie did direct. Movies are made to be shown. And it´s the job of the director to make sure they are finished.

The Contract between Michael Huck and Lydie Denier

This is the contract Lydie Denier and I signed in February 2007 while shooting A Bouquet for a Kill. I did black out some of the terms which are between me and Lydie. The important thing is: Lydie Denier signed a contract to shoot this project. Lydie did star and direct. I did write the original script and did produce. We both signed this contract in February 2007 during Berlin Filmfestival - exactly the time when Lydie claims I have stalked her. Strang insn´t it? Why is she shooting a movie with me if she claims I had STALKED her at Berlin Filmfestival 2007.
In fact, I invited her to Filmfestival, paid her flight, ticket to Filmfestival and shooting Bouquet and we went together to Filmfestival. I introduced her to producers and directors there and my friend Vonny got Lydie and me tickets for "Jump" one of the last projects of Patrick Swayze. Vonny knows the women who did produce "Jump" and Lydie and I went together to watch the movie, she sat next to me. After screening she disappeard and I found her outside the screening room running after the director and discussing with him, he is now one of her facebook friends.

As you can see I did produce A Bouquet for a Kill and I have a contract with Lydie who did direct. A director´s duty is to deliver the producer the movie and NOT to run to another, bigger producer and ask him to buy me out so she can take over the project. A Bouquet for a Kill is MY baby. It´s my project I did set up. Lydie tries to take it away from me that is why we fight. I will not let take anyone a project from me. I did work too long to set it up and paid money to set it up. I expect a director who signs a contract with me to shoot a movie to deliver this movie.
Instead Lydie run away and some of the tapes of our shooting are missing.
I need the tapes to edit my movie. I offered Lydie to edit her own director´s cut.
She can do this or nor. But it is my project and I want to finish it. Therefore, I need the tapes.
Lydie Denier claims I am a crazy fan who is madly in love with her and wants to be together with her. The LAST THING I want is to be "together" with Lydie. I do not want to see her anymore or talk to her anymore. All I want is my tapes so I can finally start editing my movie.

The Max Keller emails

The Max Keller emails

Lydie Denier told US authorities I emailed Max Keller - the producer of Acapulco H.E.A.T. and Tarzan - because I want a reconciliation with Lydie.
This is absolutely not true. I do not want anything from Lydie Denier but my tapes of the May 2007 shooting of "A Bouquet for a Kill". Besides that I hope I will never meet her again in my life. I never had so much trouble with an actress.

I read on Lydie´s (public) facebook site that she is having dinner with Max Keller. I know Max Keller personally and asked him if this is true. when he confirmed I emailed him the enclosed email. The email shows that I do not want anything from Lydie Denier but my tapes so I can finish my movie. As Max Keller knows me and as he has worked both with Lydie Denier and Michael Worth I asked Max Keller to offer Denier she can edit a director´s cut and I will edit a producer´s cut. I also offered Max he could distribute the movie with me together if he can Lydie make return me my tapes. I also asked Max to explain to Lydie that as a director you cannot act the way she did.

To make it clear in case anyone still didn´t get it: Denier accuses me wrongly to be a stalker to get rid of me. In fact we have a fight over the movie we shot together.

Lydie Denier does not fight fair. As she failed in taking over my project, she started to tell I am a maniac with a loaded gun who is after her. And for a couple of time she really made some people believe this nonsense, some masterminds at Santa Monica court who are not able to pick up a phone inclusive.
I am really scared if I think that anyone can walk in Santa Monica court, accuse someone to be a stalker and one-two-three they give you a Restraining Order and inform Immigration that a dangerous stalker might enter the US. I always thought the US law is based on some principles that anyone is NOT guilty as long as his guilt is not proven. May anyone please tell Santa Monica court?
And may someone WHO KNOWS how to operate a phone would please instruct them how to use the phone and dial the number of te German police in Berlin who will tell them that they are actually after...Lydie Denier!

I´ll tell the cutter to burn everything...
This kind of emails you get if you shoot with Lydie Denier. She wanted me to sign over the project to her so she can take it to Avi Lerner and become hersel the producer. I refused to sign her sign over contract. We all could have made profits if Lydie just had worked with me as we promised each other when signing our contract. We promised each other to be partners and setting up this project and do it together. Lydie starring and directing. I wrote the original script together with Jean Bork and I did produce. But for reasons beyond my understanding Lydie during shooting decided she wanted me to leave the project and take it to a bigger production company. I did set up this production, it´s a remake of my German projects, it´s my project I worked for and I was not willing to let someone push me out of my picture. Lydie obviously was convinced I would sign it over to her if Avi Lerner pays me out, so convinced she gave already interviews claiming "A Bouquet for a Kill" is an US production for an US "woman´s channel". But she forgot it´s my copyright, registred at the Register of Copyrights in Washington AND the story already had been filmed in Germany before, produced by me starring Jean and Ingrid. When I refused to sign the project over to her, she had a problem. She could not sign contracts with another company as long as I did not sign over. And I did not.
I do not give away my projects. So she could not take it to Millenium. Inspite of finishing the movie she run away and invented the stalker story. Like her glorious take-over attempt her stalker media story lasted not even for a week before websites and newspapers realized what is going on.

Hotel stay and Travel Insurance

What is this fight about ???

Actress Lydie Denier went to Santa Monica court and accused me to be a stalker and she told I have threatened to kill her. What she says is not true. She did NOT tell Santa Monica court and media (see the TMZ and other articles) that she came to Germany in February 2007 to shoot with me "A Bouquet for a Kill" in Berlin. She claims that between February 2007 and May 2007 to have been stalked by me and that I have threatened to kill her. She told US authorities Michael Huck is madly in love with her and wants to be "together" with her.

This is absolutely NOT true. I do NOT want to be together with Denier. In fact between Februray 2007 and May 2007 I did NOT stalk Lydie Denier, we worked together in Berlin shooting "A Bouquet for a Kill". I did produce and as a producer I did finance the movie and also Lydie Denier´s flights to Berlin from Paris and back, five star hotel in Berlin and travel and health insurance for Lydie Denier (I upload here some of the receipts for Lydie´s hotel stay, flight and insurance.) I guess Lydie will have some difficulties to explain why she did work with me, why I did pay her flight, hotel stay, ticket to Berlin Filmmarket, Health and Travel insurance. Do stalkers do that? I guess not. Producers do that. I also have many photos and more than 15 hours of videos showing me and Denier on the set of A Bouquet for a Kill. How does Lydie Denier explain this? I will release a documentary of the shooting in 2010.

In fact we worked together but Lydie Denier wanted to take over the project. She teamed up with German actress Roswitha Schreiner and then Lydie wanted to take the project from me to Avi Lerner of LA based Millenium Films. She asked Avi Lerner to buy me out, I enclose emails Lydie sent me concerning this.

I refused to sign the project over to Lydie and she tried to blackmail me, sending me an email saying she will let the cutter burn the movie if I do not sign her contract. When I refused, Lydie Denier vanished from German set and so did several tapes of the may shooting, and the tapes are what I am after (and German police).
I am NOT interested in Lydie Denier. I do NOT want to be "together" with Denier. I consider her a very uncanny person. She is an excellent actress but I do not want to be in the same room with her alone. All I want is my tapes to start edit my picture.

Lydie Denier did direct. We both have signed a contract. Lydie´s job as a director is to deliver the movie. She did not so far. (in the web if you google you´ll find articles on and interviews with actors, directors, producers who worked with Denier before and also had some interesting experiece with Ms Denier). My job as a producer is to finish the movie I paid for. That´s all I want. I want that Denier does what she promised when signing the contract with me. I did not break that contract and I will not. That is why I need my tapes to edit my picture. I totally agree that a director should get creative freedom and I offered Denier to edit a director´s cut and I will edit a producer´s cut. Instead of finding a solution how to proceed with the project and finish it Lydie Denier run away, went to Santa Monica Court and told them I am not a producer but a stalker.

Shooting A Bouquet for a Kill
Lydie continues and says regarding Filmfestival 2007:
He (Michael Huck) approached me and said he was going to try to be with me, saying "You need me and I need you". The Berlin Police investigated at his apartment they found hism place littered with pictures of me. in May 2007, in Berlin, I tried to sit down with him over coffee to get him stop contacting and threatening me. He pulled out a loaded gun and said he has a permit for it. I remained cool and quickly left. i had to hire security to accompany on my travels. Since this time, he has sent me a steady stream of emails which veer from professing his love to deep hate and disturbing threats. In an email dated 5/17/07 (EXHIBIT 2) he said "I will take away your magig. Your game is over. You thought I am an amateuer and I will have no chance to fight you. You are wrong. This is my last offer. I will look at my SMS every full hour today. Sign my contract and we all win, Do not sign and we both will perish."

I, Michael Huck, hereby declare:
I did not "approach" Lydie at Berlin Filmfestival 2007. In fact I had invited her, paid her flight her hotel and her ticket to Filmmarket. We went there together.I introduced her to producers and directors I know. Katja Bienert and I introduced her also to a theater producer whom she offered her Garbo play. We picked her up in the morning at the hotel and drove her back in the evening during Berlin Filmfestival and shooting of A Bouquet for a Kill. During Berlin Filmfestival however, Lydie met without me with Avi Lerner. (Vonny who had picked her up that day with a car was present). Lydie told Avi Lerner about the project she is shooting in Berlin. Later she told me she wants to meet with Avi Lerner in Cannes to raise more money for our movie and to get him in as a co-producer. I offered to fly with her to Cannes but Lydie told me it´ better if she goes alone as she is experienced in dealing with US companies and will achieve more alone. (I did not agree.)
I indeed wrote an email saying: You need me and I need you. but this was later when we were fighting over A Bouquet for a Kill. Actually we really need each other as I do have the tapes of the February and April shootings, Lydie has the tapes of the May shooting, so noone of us can edit the whole picture alone, Besides she is the director, I am the producer. To US authorities she tries to make it look as if this is about mad love but in fact it is about A Bouquet for a Kill.

Lydie continues: The Berlin Police investigated, at his apartment they found his place littered with pictures of me.

I, Michael Huck, declare: The Berlin Police NEVER investigated (on me) the Berlin Police NEVER did search my apartment and the Berlin Police NEVER found my place littered with pictures of Denier. However I have lots of pictures of Denier, especially the ones DP Jörg Peter and I took while SHOOTING A Bouquet for a Kill.
I will upload some of the stills later.

It is true that Lydie and I met over cofee in a cafe in Kreuzberg near Roswitha´s aparmtent and also near a propstore where we did rent a prop knife for a scene. To this meeting I brought also along a gun we would use in a scene when the husband will shoot the PI. It was not a real gun but one for blankets. I showed this gun to Lydie, she liked it and wanted to keep it. I told her in Germany you even need a license for prop guns and told her I will keep the gun and take it personally to the loaction. She became very angry and later wrote me an email writing she did many action movies and knows how to handle guns. (I also had told her how to handle the gun)
I did not pull a gun on Lydie and I did NOT threaten to kill her.

Since Lydie had left Berlin in May 2007 I indeed wrote her emails after emails asking her to return the tapes she took from shooting.
The email dated 5/17/2007 Lydie mentions is the Cannae email. She showed Santa Monica Court a falsified version of my original email, a very shortened version to make it look as if it is written by a crazy fan. The whole email shows clearly it´s about the movie. I will write later more and upload Lydie´s manipulated and my original version so you can see the difference.

I also declare: I love and adore Lydie Denier as an actress. I think she was one of the most beautiful and gifted actresses of US tv. She was hilarious in Acapulco and some of her movies are absolutely great ie. Perfect Alibi and Nighttrap. This has nothing to do with our fight over Bouquet. And exaclty this I mean when I wrote:
"It is hard for me to fight someone I love because I never did this before. But no matter how much I love and adore you, I cannot let you stab me in the back."

I adore her as an actress but I certainly will not allow her to stab me in the back by pushing me out of my own picture. Lydie, however, tries to make it look as it´s about love, not about the movie. But this works only as long as she shows only some parts of the emails I mailed to her. As soon as you will read the whole mail it´s always clear what this is really about.

The Stalking Files
This is what Lydie Denier told US authorities accusing me to be a stalker. LASD mailed this to me in September 2009, so this is an offical document.

And here what I have to say:

I just learned that, on August 11, 2009 (EXHIBIT 1) the man who has been stalking me since 2003 is once again attempting to learn my whereabouts here in Los Angeles. He has posed as a filmproducer in the past and I fear he will return to Los Angeles again to stalk me and do me harm.

I, Michael Huck, hereby declare: Lydie Denier posted on her facenbook site a notice that she will have dinner with the producer of Tarzan. The producer of Tarzan is Max Keller, I met him several years ago in Paris. I wrote Max Keller an email asking him if it is true and he confirmed he will have dinner with Denier. I told him that Lydie Denier and I are fighting about "A Bouquet for a Kill" and I asked him to talk to Lydie. I offered Lydie she can edit a director´s cut of "A Bouquet for a Kill", while I will edit a "producer´s cut". I asked Max to talk to Lydie to make her return my tapes of the May shooting of "A Bouquet for a Kill".

I have NOT posed as a producer, I am a producer. Check my credits. Unhappy End,The 7 Nightmares Girl, Nightmare Follies may never win an academy award but it is a matter of fact I did produce all those projects. It´s also a matter of fact I did produce "A Bouquet for a Kill". I paid Lydie Denier´s flights, hotel and health insurance and many, many other things while shooting "A Bouquet for a Kill".

I am not interested in learn the whereabouts of Ms Denier. I am only interested in the whereabouts of the tapes she took.
I never did stalk Denier and I do not have the intention to stalk Denier and "do her harm".

Lydie Denier continues: In early 2003 the defendant came to Los Angeles from Germany passing himself off as a producer. He sent my agent a script and my agent arranged a breakfast meeting for us. The script contained harsh material and I told my agent to politely pass on the script. Two months later he came back with another script, also containing material of a harsh and sexual nature. Again my agent and I passed. Two months after this I was working in Europe. He was in Los Angeles frantically trying to obtain my location. He called my agents and called the Los Angeles Police Department, local hospitals and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in attempts to file a missing person report to track me down. I returned home to find my voice-mail full of threatening messages from him angrily demanding to know where I was. He said he called everywhere to learn my whereabouts because of his concern. I called him and firmly asked him to stop contacting me. I was forced to change my phonenumber. There was no contact from him untill February 2007 when I was at the Berlin Filmfestival in Germany.

I, Michael Huck, hereby declare:
I watched over the years many episodes of Tarzan and Acapulco H.E.A.T. and some of the movies of Lydie Denier. She looked very beautiful and smart and when we started shooting Unhappy End episodes all around the world, I thought Lydie would be terrific to work with.
In spring 2002 (not 2003) I wrote a letter to Lydie Denier´s agency TAA asking her if she is interested in shooting either a thriller or a horror project. Lydie herself wrote me a letter (not her agent) and we met two shortly later in Los Angeles. I had no scripts with me, only two exposes one entitled "The Other Woman" based on the German Unhappy End episode "Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen" which we had shot in Germany some years ago starring Jean Bork and Ingrid Littmann. It´s a thriller about a jealous wife who learns that her husband has an affair with a younger and more beautiful woman. The wife takes the other woman prisoner and tries to kill her. The other Project entitled "The Black Candles" is about a vampire woman who works as a ceo of a beauty empire selling eternal youth and beauty to rich women, by turning them into vampires.
Lydie was not too exited about the vampire story, but she liked Unhappy End! and we decided I will come back in 2003 with scripts.
In 2003 I returned as promised with two scripts, both scripts are registered at the Register of Copyrights in Washington and none of the scripts contains material of a "harsh and sexual nature". The Black Candles is a Hammer-Buffy style vampire story with two very strong female leads and there are absolutely no nude or sex scenes in the script. The other script "The Other Woman" (later re-titled "A Bouquet for a Kill" contained of course violence but no scenes involving something of "sexual or harsh nature". This is very easy to prove as we have shot this script with Lydie Denier starring AND directing and I have edited a 30 minute version with the tapes I have from the February and April shootings. Lydie is IN THAT !!! I will upload stills from the shooting. So let me make this clear:

Lydie Denier did NOT pass on that script. In fact she signed a contract with me to shoot and star in the picture and WE SHOT THIS STORY IN 2007 IN BERLIN !

But I´m too fast. After Lydie and I have signed a letter of intent to shoot "Unhappy End! - The Other Woman" I did fly back to Germany to set up production. Lydie and I stayed in touch by phone a lot discussing script and cast and if to shoot in Germany or in the US and things like that. We were talking in Germany and Los Angeles to other actresses for the Mrs. Tanner part and when I came back next time to Los Angeles to meet with Lydie and other actresses Lydie had been disappeared. She was not at her home, her agent Adele did not know where she was, her personal manager obviously knew but did not tell me. I feared Lydie had an accident and contacted LASD and producers she worked with but noone really knew. I really was concerned. After two weeks Lydie called from Romania telling me she got a part in a movie and had to fly to Romania and from there she could not reach me for weeks to tell me that she is NOT in LA. Lydie did not tell me to stop contacting me in fact she called me in Los Angeles later to tell me that she is in France now and when I flew back to Germany, I immediately did fly some days later to Paris and met Lydie at the Georges V. to discuss how to proceed.
Lydie went back to Los Angeles but later came to France for longer and we met again in Paris to discuss our project. So it is absolutely not true that we had no contact till february 2007. In fact we met several times in Paris and phoned many times.

In late 2006 I finally asked Lydie if she wants to come to Berlin Filmfestival in 2007 to attent the festival and to shoot a short version of "A Bouquet for a Kill". I wanted to shoot a 20-30 minute version we could then show to networks and distributors to raise more money. Lydie agreed this is a good idea and I mailed her a short version of my 90 minute script, still entitled "The Other Woman". Lydie read it and re-wrote it. She changed mainly two things: First she invented a new ending which I loved. The second change was, she made it faster. In my version, like in the German versions, Mrs Tanner comes to Sarah´s place and the two women sit down over coffee, and Mrs. Tanner begs Sarah to stay away from her husband. This goes for about half the script, then Mrs Tanner beats Sarah up, ties her up and prepares to kill her. Lydie changed this: In Lydie´s re-write Mrs Tanner rings the door bell, Sarah (played by Lydie) opens the door and moments later, Mrs Tanner beats her up, ties her up, gags her and Sarah is at her mercy right from the start. This is of course more suspenseful (we used the same idea years before in the Katja Bienert story "Die Rivalin" by the way). Anyway as anyone knows how much I love the leading ladies to be tied up and gagged you can imagine I liked this rewrite a lot and Lydie and I started to look for an actress to play Mrs Tanner. We already had contacted two very wellknown actresses in Hollywood for the 90 minute version before, but as we were about to shoot in Germany now I suggested to Lydie some of the actresses I have already worked with in Berlin. Lydie liked Roswitha Schreiner best and Roswitha agreed to play the part in the short version. Roswitha was familar with the Unhappy End! series as she had already played in the episode "Der Tag vor der Hochzeit".

The Trouble with Lydie
In August 2009 actress Lydie Denier went to Santa Monica Court and US authorities and claimed she is stalked by a crazy German fan - named Michael Huck - who has threatened to kill her and had pulled a gun on her. She pleaded for help and told she fears Michael Huck will track her down at LA Filmfestival in November "to do her harm."

I AM Michael Huck and I hereby declare this is NOT true.
I hereby declare: I am NOT a stalker and I NEVER threatened to kill Lydie Denier.
I hereby declare: Lydie Denier did fool Santa Monica court telling lies and showing them wrong evidence.

I am a producer who worked with Lydie Denier in 2007 in Berlin shooting a thriller entitled "A Bouquet for a Kill". Lydie Denier did star and direct -I did produce. Jörg Peter and Vonny Kesisoglu did co-produce.
We shot from February 2007 till May 2007 in Berlin with Denier. I paid Lydie´s flights from Paris, I paid Lydie´s stay in a Berlin 5 star hotel, I paid for the shooting and also for the tickets to Berlin Filmfestival Filmmarket where I went together with Denier.

While shooting Lydie Denier contacted US producer Avi Lerner from LA based Millenium Films. She had worked several times before with him and now she asked him to buy me out of my own project, so she could take over. When I refused, Denier threatened to let the cutter burn the movie. The cutter did not but Denier took several of the original tapes from shooting (she and / or some of ther German friends took the may shooting tapes, I have the tapes of February and April shooting.) I sent German police after Denier.
Denier then started to claim that I am not a producer but a crazy stalker who is mad and wants to kill her. She even claimed she is the producer of the picture and that it is HER script ! In fact, "A Bouquet for a Kill" is a R E M A K E of the Unhappy End! episode 2 "Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen" and episode 19 "Die Hexe". You just have to watch the German Unhappy End! episodes and you will see it´s the same story. And we shot "Du sollst nicht Ehebrechen" years before I met first with Denier!

Denier now tries to ruin my reputation and make it difficult for me to travel in the US telling Santa Monica Court, Immigration and other US auhtorities I am a madman, running around with a loaded gun to try to kill poor Lydie.

This blog is to tell what really happened.
I will upload photos from shooting showing me and Lydie Denier together on the set of "A Bouquet for a Kill", the court papers, emails Lydie sent to me and I to her.
I am just editing a documentary video entitled "Stalking Lydie" which will be shown and released in 2010.

I did not want to go public. I only want my tapes so I can start editing the movie I paid for and I did produce. The last months I again and again wrote emails to Lydie asking her to return me my tapes.I offered her to edit a producer´s cut allowing her at the same time to edit her own director´s cut.

It was Lydie Denier who went public. Not only Santa Monica court. She also informed TMZ giving interviews and around the world I found my name in articles on Denier and the articles claim I am a stalker. I contacted newspapers and websites and most uploaded my version.

Lydie Denier has a website: www.lydiedenier.com and on her website she as a link to the TMZ article claiming Michael Huck is a stalker.
So Lydie went public NOT telling the truth but trying to ruin my reputation. That is why I upload this blog.
